O. Kent Allen, M.S.
(Founder)
Kent Allen is the founder of PrevidenceTM Corporation. Mr. Allen
is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who has been in private
practice since 1991. He specializes in working with
adolescents, couples and families.
Prior to private practice, he worked for Weber County Drug and
Alcohol as the Associate Director of Youth Services. He
has been an adjunct professor at Weber State University. Mr.
Allen is an accomplished speaker and facilitator with many years
of experience dealing with behavioral risk.
Dr. Rick Hawks, Ed.D
(Chief Scientist)
Dr. Rick D. Hawks, is a licensed psychologist, author,
consultant and national lecturer and trainer. His counseling,
psychological testing and teaching in hospitals, correctional
systems, mental health facilities, institutions of higher
learning and private practice span over 25 years of service.
For the past 15 years he has developed, taught and used the
forerunner of the Previdence Risk Evaluation process to collect,
organize and evaluate individuals who exhibit behavior risk. He
has provided risk assessment training throughout the nation. Dr.
Hawks is very knowledgeable in the research and development of
risk assessment with sex offenders and is very sought-after
seminar instructor and lecturer.
Todd Musig, MBA
(CEO)
Todd Musig is the President and Chief Executive Officer of
Previdence Corporation. Working in conjunction with business
unit leaders, he is responsible for coordinating and overseeing
growth opportunities for Previdence, targeting new business,
growing and increasing penetration of existing business, and
leading the operations of the firm.
Prior to joining Previdence, Todd was a senior training industry
executive and consultant with extensive experience in marketing
and business operations. Franklin Covey, AchieveGlobal and Who
Moved My Cheese? LLC are a few of the companies that he has
associated with.
Gary Dansie, B.S. Marketing, M.Ed.
(Chief Product Developer)
Gary Dansie is a co-founder of DIGOP, the Previdence technology
partner. Through DIGOP, Mr. Dansie has assisted many fortune 500
companies with the conceptualization and development of
strategic products. His years of experience consulting to many
industries adds a unique perspective to the Previdence
Behavioral Risk Management System.
Mr. Dansie will continue to serve as a product advisor as new
features and functionality are added to the system.
Chris Dansie, BS & MS Engineering
(Technology Consultant)
Chris Dansie is a co-founder of DIGOP and acts as the chief
architect for the Previdence online technology. This includes
the privacy, security, business continuity and data center
operations.
Mr. Dansie is a Microsoft Certified MCSE and has helped many
companies architect complex data schemas. His expertise includes
privacy, security, data centers, single sign-on, data
warehousing, collaboration and Business Intelligence Portals.
