K-12: Previdence Risk Model

The Previdence system has been built upon a proven risk model that has been used successfully since the mid 1990's. The following summarizes the concept briefly. Please schedule a full demo of the system to appreciate the power of the system.

Risk is DYNAMIC
Risk changes over time. In the Previdence system you open an "episode" (which is like a case folder) when you first find out about the incident. The episode remains open until the risk returns to normal or you transfer the responsibility to another person.

Risk can be MEASURED
The systems allows you to take "snapshots" of the risk at any time and determine the level of risk.  There are three types of snapshots:
   • Screening
   • Assessment
   • Monitoring

Risk can be MANAGED
The systems builds an individualized Management/Safety plan for the student based upon the way you answer the questions.

Some tasks are mandatory plus you select the most appropriate optional tasks for the plan.

You also add notes to the tasks as you work creating the permanent record.

Risk can be MONITORED
Each time you take another snapshot and estimate risk, you are monitoring progress.  The "risk estimates" show as a graph on the dashboard.
