K-12: Summary of Features

 

 Episode of Risk
An "Episode" is a like a case folder to store information about the student's incident while you are managing his/her risk. An Episode may close after the initial screening determines that the incident has no ongoing risk/threat or it may remain open until the student graduates from high school.
Snapshots
Snapshots gather data about the student/incident and estimate risk. Previdence includes 3 types of snapshots:
   • Screening
   • Assessment
   • Monitoring
The questions used in the snapshots along with the accompanying management tasks are all research based.
Individual Dashboard-Monitoring Progress Graph
Dashboard displays total student history of episodes, snapshots and shows progress graphs. Drill down to view details. Print variations of information as desired.
Management / Safety Plan
System automatically creates recommendations for the individualized management / safety plan. Add notes, print resources and archive completed tasks.
Disruptive Student List
The first screen you see when you login in is a list of all disruptive students that you are helping.  Sort by last column to create a "high risk" list.
District Wide Reports
District supervisors can see status of all schools by activity and open episodes. These reports are summary and DO NOT include any personal data.
Resource Materials
All materials that are dynamically recommended in the Management Plan can be accessed in the resource library to print and hand out.
Online Training for Staff
Online video based training and helps are inside the program for all authorized users.
Security & Privacy
You can create the appropriate permissions groups for access within your district. District administration can also view summary reports without access to individual student data.
Highest IT Standards
The online system has been built to meet the rigid standards required by HIPAA and the U.S. Military.
