The Previdence system provides a complete Standard of Care for you to Assess, Manage and Monitor the Behavioral Risk for an individual. Every user follows the same workflow starting with an assessment to gather consistent data. Next the expert system builds an individualized management plan. The combination of repeating assessments and working the management plan provides both documentation as well as visual monitoring of progress over time.

Assess

We call our assessment a "snapshot" because you are literally capturing both the conditions and the severity of risk at a moment in time. A series of empirically guided questions leads you to make an estimate of the severity of the risk. The color-coded estimate communicates easily and serves as a key reference point for reports and dashboards.

Manage

Once a snapshot is complete, the expert system dynamically generates an individualized management/safety plan to help you lower the risk of harmful behavior as you address functional limitations, identify specific treatments or follow up on missed appointments and more.

Included with the Management Plan are links and PDF resources/handouts that can be emailed or printed for the individual and those love ones inside the trusted circle.

Each time you take another snapshot the expert system recommends specific tasks that you can include in the management plan. Archive the tasks as you complete them and you have a fully documented history of the episode.

Monitor

Each time you take another "snapshot" you are updating the risk severity estimate. Switch to the dashboard to see the sequential estimates displayed on a graph. The graph shows you progress plus you can drill down to see the details of any episode, snapshot or management plan---whether the episode is still open or closed in the past.
